What we collect
Brezzo collects the minimum data needed to run the service: your email address, your display name, your payment metadata (handled by Stripe Connect — we never see your card), and the usage ledger entries your account writes (a quantitative record of what Brezzo processed, capped at the rows needed to render the dashboard).
We do not collect location data, biometric data, or special-category personal data.
Why we keep it
We keep your account and billing data for as long as your account is active. The usage ledger is retained for the active billing period + 12 months so that limit disputes and rate-limit audits are auditable; after that window the rows are deleted by the cleanup pass.
You can request immediate deletion at any time from your account settings; deletion is final and irreversible.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of sub-processors to operate the service: Stripe (payment processing), our transactional-email partner (verifying your email, sending receipts), and our hosting provider (running the application). Each is bound by a data-processing agreement covering at least the European SCCs.
We never sell your data, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can export your account data, correct a mistake in your profile, request deletion, or withdraw consent at any time. Contact brezzo@polsia.app and we will respond within 30 days.
